Ricky is a movement teacher, choreographer and community leader. He has over 15 years of teaching experience as well as being a certified breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, shamanic practitioner and psychedelic integration coach. His personal practices include animism/shamanism, meditation / vipassana, somatic trauma therapy work and various other spiritual and embodiment practices. Ricky will guide all the sessions of this 10 day course.
Once paid, you should have instant access to the course in your account and can start whenever you wish. The course will only be available for 1 month so please only buy the course when you are ready to do it.

Unfortunately, as this is my first course and completely self-funded, I don’t have the tools to offer this to those that need captions or support with hearing. Most exercises are accessible to those with disabilities, and if anything is not accessible you are welcome to make any changes that work for you.

A yoga mat and any accessories like a block, pillow, blanket, water etc are helpful but not necessary. A journal and pen are helpful for the mindful snacks. To access the course you will need to log in to your Thinkific account on an internet browser and be connected to WiFi to access the videos.
